Raipur: Planting of Ram Van Gamaan Path: Planting of 31 thousand plants completed in 111 km of Bilaspur forest

The planting work of about 31 thousand saplings of 111 km length of Bilaspur forest has been completed under the Ram Van Gaman Path planting program. Under this, the forest department has planted fruit and small forest species in different routes of four forest divisions Raigad, Janjgir, Korba and Dharamjigarh. 

    Among these, plantations have been made from Edu of Ram Van Gaman Path to Chodha Chowk, Chodha Chowk to Kunkuni, Kunkuni to Kurrubhata, Kurrubhata to Ramjharna, Bhupdevpur, Clock Chowk Raigad under Raigad Forest. Similarly, the plantation work has been completed from Chhatarpur to Raigad to Chandrapur Mand river bridge, Latanala to Timarlaga, Timarlaga to Banjari and Banjari to Godam. Apart from this, plantations have been made from Suvatal to Hardi, Chhoti Hardi to Raida, Raida to Sarangarh, Ranisagar to Chandai and Chhind to Parsada Mandi under Raigad forest division. 

    Similarly, plantation work has been completed from Chandrapur to Mirouni, Banhill to Pakariya, Tilai to Taraud, Shivrinarayan to Kharoud, Taraud to Banhill and Pakaria to Pamgarh under Janjgir forest division. Plantation work has been done in the bark and bakaruma under the forest division Dharamjaigarh. Plantations have been made from Budeli Bhulcdih Bamboo Bari to Jhagraha, Naktikhar, Sitamarhi and Dudhitangar to Putkapahar under Vanmandal Korba. Apart from this, plantation work has been completed from Areratra to Chestbahar, Lemru to Areratra, Sonari to Lemru and Raxadwari to Lemru.
