Rain may start again in Chhattisgarh

Raipur. Chhattisgarh has been flooded with rain last week. But the shadow of rain is hovering again. Rainfall may start again in many districts of the state from Wednesday. Monsoon Dronika has become active again in Chhattisgarh and remains stable. Here, the Meteorological Department has also issued warnings of heavy to very heavy rainfall in many parts of the state. Especially Bilaspur, Surguja, Raigarh, Korba, Baloda Bazar. There may be very heavy rains in one or two places in Mahasamund and Janjgir-Champa. Apart from this, there are chances of rain in many places in Durg division. According to the information received from the Meteorological Department, there is an alert of extreme heavy rains at one of two places in Jashpur, Balrampur, Raigad, Korba, Balodabazar, Mahasamund and Janjgir-Champa. Heavy rains may occur in Korea, Surajpur, Bilaspur, Mungeli, Raipur, Durg, Balod, Bemetra, Kabirdham, Rajnandgaon, Bastar and Gariaband.

Less hope of relief from rain

According to meteorologist HP Chandra, a low pressure area is located in the southwestern part of Jharkhand. Along with this, the cyclonic cyclone of the upper air remains at a height of 7.6 km. Monsoon Dronika is located in Bahraich, Varanasi, and Digha and then towards the southeast direction to the Bay of North Bengal. Due to this, light to moderate rain or thunderstorms are likely to occur in most places in the state on Thursday.
