Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel will make on-line cost of a complete of Rs.10 crore 81 lakh to cattle rearers, dung distributors, Gauthan committees and girls self-help teams beneath Godhan Nyay Yojana on November 01. In this quantity, 5 crore 9 lakh rupees are given to cattle rearers dung distributors, 3 crore 56 lakhs to Gauthan committees and Rs 2 crore 16 lakhs as dividend to self-help teams in lieu of buy of cow dung.

It is value mentioning that beneath Godhan Nyay Yojana, cow dung is being procured often in two forts in Gauthans. 104 crore 41 lakh has been paid to the dung distributors in lieu of the dung bought until 30 September 2021. Similarly, Rs 24 crore 98 lakh has been paid to self-help teams as dividend and Rs 37 crore 90 lakh to Gauthan Samitis. Tomorrow on November 01, Rs 10 crore 81 lakh might be paid. With this, the whole quantity of 54.76 lakh quintal cow dung bought to this point might be Rs 109 crore 50 lakh and the quantity of dividend to Gauthan committees and self-help teams might be Rs 68 crore 64 lakh.

Vermi compost, tremendous compost and different merchandise are being manufactured from cow dung bought in Gauthans. 8.98 lakh quintal vermi compost and 4.04 lakh quintal tremendous compost have been produced in Gauthan as on 31 October. Out of which 8.50 lakh compost manure has been offered.
