A terrorist killed in an encounter with security forces in Pampore
1 min readPampore security forces in Pulwama district of South Kashmir have achieved great success. A terrorist has been killed by the security forces. Two terrorists are still surrounded. Two local people have also been injured during this encounter. An encounter between security forces and militants started in Lalpora on Thursday late evening. The security forces laid siege to the entire area on the information of the presence of the terrorists and conducted a search operation.
According to the Jammu and Kashmir Police, police, CRPF and Army jointly launched a search operation after the terrorists were hiding in Lalpora area of Pampore. Meanwhile, the security forces started firing on the terrorists hiding in a house. Kashmir Zone police said that during the siege and search operation in Pampore, militants fired indiscriminately, injuring two unidentified persons. Search is going on in the area.
