Corona cases in India cross 84 lakh – 47,638 new patients found in 24 hours

Cases of COVID-19 are being reported daily in India. The number of infected in the country has crossed 84 lakhs. According to the data released by the Health Ministry on Friday morning, the number of corona patients in the country has increased to 84,11,724. In the last 24 hours, 47,638 new cases of corona have been reported. 54,157 patients have been cured. During this time 670 corona infected have died. A total of 77,65,966 patients have been cured so far. 1,24,985 people have died.

The current number of corona cases is below 5.5 lakhs. This number has come down for the first time since 2 August. At present there are 5,20,773 active cases in the country. Talking about the recovery rate, it has reached 92.32 percent after a slight increase. The positivity rate is 3.09 percent. Death rate is 1.48 percent. On November 5, 12,20,711 corona sample tests were performed. A total of 11,54,29,095 sample tests have been done so far. Coronavirus is being feared in more than 180 countries, including India. So far, more than 4.80 crore people have fallen prey to this infection. This virus has taken the lives of more than 12.24 lakh infected people.
