Putin says Ukraine deliberate Crimea bridge explosion, calls it terrorism

Putin was assembly Alexander Bastrykin, the pinnacle of Russia’s Investigative Committee, who was presenting findings of an inquiry into Saturday’s explosion and fireplace on the bridge.
