Dungarpur case: Four including Azam Khan found guilty, court will pronounce sentence on August 18

Rampur News. In the famous Dungarpur case of Rampur, four people including Samajwadi Party's National General Secretary Azam Khan have been declared guilty. The sentence in this case will be pronounced on August 18.

The court found him guilty of breaking into the house, assault, vandalism and intimidation. While the allegations of looting and recovery of goods against them have not been proved, along with this, three accused including SP state secretary Omendra Chauhan have been acquitted. The punishment against the culprits will be pronounced on March 18. In this entire case, the court has also declared former municipal chairman Azhar Ahmed Khan and former area officer Aale Hasan guilty.

Let us tell you that during the rule of SP, shelter homes were built in Dungarpur. Some people already had houses built at this place. The allegation was that the houses were demolished in 2016 by claiming that it was government land. In this case the victims had also alleged robbery. When the BJP government came to power in 2019, about a dozen different cases were registered in this matter at Ganj police station in Rampur.
