Out of this, full quantity has been obtained in 34 circumstances and partial quantity has been obtained in remaining 28 circumstances. In the month of November alone, restoration of Rs. 31.65 lakh is included in 19 circumstances. Of these, the complete quantity is to be recovered in 4 circumstances and partial quantity is to be recovered within the remaining 15 circumstances. Pre-sitting of the authority for mutual settlement on 5 and seven December.
