Due to which the entire area is forced to live on heaps of gunpowder. Despite several complaints, no concrete action is being taken in the matter.

Pankaj has warned the police administration officials that if the illegal firecracker factory is not closed, they will take out a foot march from Gwalior to Bhopal. During this time, a large crowd of people troubled by the illegal firecracker factory will be with him. Appealing to CM Dr. Mohan Yadav, Pankaj said that he has also been the IT cell officer of the party. Today hundreds of lives are struggling for justice on the gunpowder heap. In such a situation, if justice is not provided, a justice march will be taken out on foot towards Bhopal.

Investigation instructions given to Tehsildar

In this matter, SDM Sanjeev Jain says that on the instructions of the CM, those illegal firecracker factories are being identified across the state as well as in Gwalior which are operating without license or illegally on government land. Recently, legal action has been taken against more than a dozen such illegal factories by canceling their licenses. Regarding the allegations made by the complainant Pankaj, instructions have been given to the concerned Tehsildar to immediately submit a report on the matter. So that action can be taken in this matter as soon as possible.

It is noteworthy that the complaint in the case is not only related to the illegal firecracker factory and the explosives prepared in it, but the allegation of encroachment on more than 12 bighas of government land has also been made.
