16th installment of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi released: Rs 1787 crore transferred to the accounts of MP farmers, CM Mohan joined virtually

Rakesh Chaturvedi, Bhopal. Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday released the 16th installment of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi virtually from Yavatmal, Maharashtra. An amount of Rs 1787.12 crore was distributed to 79.51 lakh farmers of Madhya Pradesh. Till now, including the 16th installment, distribution of Rs 23657 crore has been given to the farmer families of the state. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav virtually participated in the distribution program of the 16th installment. He extended his best wishes to the benefited farmer families.

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav listened to PM Modi’s program from Samatva Bhawan Chief Minister’s residence this evening. In the program, the Prime Minister distributed funds under PM Kisan Yojana to the farmers in Yavatmal (Maharashtra) and distributed benefits of other schemes to the beneficiaries, inaugurated the railway project and performed bhoomi pujan and inauguration of various programs.

In the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, Madhya Pradesh has the second position in the country in terms of beneficiary registration number as per the population of Madhya Pradesh. As per the instructions of CM Mohan, better work has been done by all the districts in the revenue campaign. As a result, more and more PM Kisan beneficiaries are getting the benefits of the scheme. The remaining beneficiaries will be given the benefits of the scheme after completing the process of e-KYC and Aadhaar/bank account linking. The aim is to provide benefits of the scheme to all the eligible beneficiaries of the state.

Let us tell you that under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, an honorarium of Rs 6,000 is given to the farmers in 3 installments every year by the Central Government. The state government gives an honor fund of Rs 6,000 every year to the farmers under the Chief Minister Kisan Kalyan Yojana. Farmers are given Rs 12 thousand every year as Kisan Samman Nidhi.

Respected Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi ji transferred the 16th installment of more than ₹ 21,000 crore under the ‘PM Kisan Samman Nidhi’ scheme to the bank accounts of farmer brothers and performed bhumi pujan and laid the foundation stone of other schemes in a program organized in Yavatmal, Maharashtra.
