Gang of goons assaults automobile passengers in Wayanad

KALPETTA: A cinema model assault occurred at Krishnagiri Pathirippalam in Wayanad on Wednesday morning. Two automobile passengers have been attacked by goons whereas locals have been watching, on Kozhikode-Mysuru National Highway. The assailants got here in a lorry and a few have been hiding within the environment.

The lorry sped away in the direction of Meenangadi. 

Meenangadi police have registered a case and began an investigation. Police collected the CCTV visuals of the incident from close by retailers. “The victims are into gold business. The modus operandi is similar to attacks of hawala teams,” Abdul Shereef added. The scenes of the automobile being stopped after which pushed away have been clearly captured on CCTV.
