KOCHI: The Lakshadweep administration has completed away with the quarantine association in Kochi in addition to on the islands, in a transfer to open up extra financial and livelihood actions for the native inhabitants.

Moreover, the administration has taken all precautionary measures in view of the revised SOP by placing a system in place in Kochi, Beypore and Mangaluru for strict surveillance and monitoring the motion of males and supplies from these entry factors to the islands.

Considering the prevailing scenario arising out of the revised SOP, Praful Patel, administrator, UT of Lakshadweep, has appealed to all residents to stay peaceable and observe the revised SOP in letter and spirit in order that “together we can keep Lakshadweep Covid free” within the days to come back.
