The Chief Minister expressed deep sorrow over the demise of Chhattisgarh’s eminent jurist Mr. C.N.Jha

Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel has appointed Chhattisgarh’s eminent authorized professional and authorized scholar Mr. C.N. Deeply saddened by the demise of Jha. He was strolling unwell for a very long time. He breathed his final right now on the age of 91 in a non-public hospital in Bilaspur. Expressing condolences to the bereaved members of the family of Shri CN Jha, Chief Minister Mr. Baghel has prayed to God for the peace of the departed soul.
Mr. C.N. Jha was initially a resident of Kawardha. He together with late Mr. Laxman Prasad Tamboli, ‘M.P.Excise Law Collection, M.P. Wrote Necessary Commodities Manual and Hindu Vidhi’ regulation books. Mr. C.N. Jha has been awarded thrice by the arms of the President for his excellent contribution within the discipline of regulation. Mr. Jha had written 97 regulation books like Van Vidhi Sangrah, M.P.Palika Act, Agricultural Produce Market Act, Hindu Law Digest on MP Cases. After the formation of Chhattisgarh, he was awarded the distinguished state ornament ‘Barrister Chhedilal Puraskar’ for regulation by the state authorities. He was the editor-in-chief of ‘Chhattisgarh Law Judgment and Chhattisgarh Revenue Judgment Magazine’. Shri Jha was the President of Kawardha Advocates Association for 25 years, Bhoramdev Management Committee for 22 years. Shri Jha was additionally the chairman of the Sangharsh Samiti shaped for the development of Kawardha district. His final rites will probably be carried out at Muktidham in Kawardha on Saturday nineteenth November.
