Speedy implementation of Chief Minister’s announcement: 10 % land blocks will probably be reserved for OBCs in industrial areas.

On the event of 73rd Republic Day on twenty sixth January, Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel to order 10 % land for OBCs in industrial areas and 10 % fee of land premium fee to advertise entrepreneurship amongst OBC residents. And in compliance of the announcement of offering 1 % land hire, a notification has been issued by the state authorities amending the “Industrial Policy-2019-24”.
According to the notification issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry from Mahanadi Bhawan, the Department of Industries within the industrial areas of the state and Chhattisgarh State Industrial Development Corporation Ltd. to ascertain business and repair enterprises in all the economic areas to advertise entrepreneurship amongst the residents of different backward courses. For this class, 10 (ten) % land blocks will probably be reserved, which will probably be made obtainable at 10 (ten) % fee of land rate of interest and 1 (one) % land hire.
The interval of reservation will probably be for 2 years from the appointed date or the date of multinational of the economic space, whichever is later. The quantity of plot-land will probably be as per the eligibility guidelines and provisions talked about in “Chhattisgarh Industrial Land and Building Management Rules-2015”. These amendments shall be deemed to have come into power from the date of concern of this notification.
