The Chhattisgarh authorities has sanctioned Rs 29 crore 64 lakh 7 thousand for the works of three totally different irrigation initiatives of the state. Rs 7 crore 52 lakh 38 thousand has been sanctioned for Devkatta reservoir canal lining work of improvement block-Dongargarh. With the completion of the scheme, irrigation facility might be accessible in 1187 hectare space. Similarly, 8 crore 72 lakh 55 thousand rupees have been sanctioned for the development work of Pachra anicut on Tan river of Podi-Uproda improvement block of Korba district. With the completion of the scheme, irrigation facility might be accessible in 180 hectare space.
