Raipur: Chief Minister wishes for a plush

Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel has extended greetings and good wishes to the people of the state, especially the mothers, to the Halshathi (Harchahat). He said that the festival of Halshashthi is known as Kamar Chhath in Chhattisgarh, on this day, mothers pray for their children’s health and longevity by keeping a vow. Mothers congregate and worship in Sagri, built in many places in villages and cities. Baghel said that prevention and protection from Kovid infection is the greatest need of the hour. He has also appealed to follow social and physical distance, applying masks and washing hands during worship.
