Southern Chhattisgarh weak due to rain for second consecutive day

With the first showers of Bhado, a large part of the state, especially Bastar, has completely changed. On Tuesday, for the second consecutive day, 10 cm water has been rained in all the divisions, including Bastar, throughout the day. Rest of the areas received moderate rainfall. The Meteorological Department has declared good monsoon on Wednesday and has predicted good rains in many parts of the state. Like Monday, showers are likely to occur after noon tomorrow. The state has been receiving good rains for the last 24 hours. Bhairamgarh received the highest 120 mm rainfall from Monday morning to Tuesday morning at half past eight.
In Pakhanjur 80 and Bijapur and Usur 60, Narayanpur, Bhopalapatnam, Kawardha, Sahaspur Lohara and Orchha received 40 mm of rain. Most places have received light or moderate rainfall in the last 24 hours. Six to eight in Jagdalpur, Durg, Rajnandgaon and three in Ambikapur and about 10 mm of water is rained in the capital Raipur. So far

monsoon has received good rainfall in the state. The state has received an average of 684.9 mm of water from June to August 11. This is three percent less than the average. That is, there should be 709.5 mm of rain by now. Surguja, Mungeli, Kanker and Janjgir received 25 to 37 percent less rainfall than average. Surajpur and Kondagaon received nearly 30 percent more water than average. Rest of the districts received normal rainfall. According to meteorologists, if the rains were good in August, the rainfall in the state could be above average.
