Lokpal will examine complaints of development works of MNREGA in addition to Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Rural)

In compliance with the provisions given in Section-30 Schedule-1 of the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act-2005 and the directions acquired from the Rural Development Department, Government of India, the appointment of Ombudsman has been made in all of the districts of the state below MNREGA. According to the knowledge acquired from the Chief Executive Officer, District Panchayat, complaints can be acquired below the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Rural) other than MNREGA by the Lokpal appointed on the district stage. Along with this, the award can be handed after analyzing the complaints acquired. It has been advised that in case of unhappy / aggrieved by the award handed by the Lokpal, an enchantment might be made to the Lokpal Appellate Authority constituted on the state stage.
