Kamal Vihar industrial, combined plots will get 5 % low cost

Commercial, public and semi-public and mixed-use plots of Kamal Vihar scheme can be exempted by 5 %. This rebate can be given on plots, plots to be offered from February 6 until March 31. The resolution was taken in a gathering chaired by Subhash Dhuppad, Chairman of Raipur Development Authority.

It is noteworthy that the Authority is already offering a reduction of 4.4 to three.3 % to Kamal Vihar Yojana on residential plots on seven to 60 days on professional rata foundation.
