Stalin was invited on behalf of Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel to attend the National Tribal Dance Festival at this time. Chief Ministers, ministers and directors of various states of the nation are being invited as visitors in each the applications on behalf of Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel.
