Heavy rain warning in Chhattisgarh, Meteorological Department issued yellow alert
1 min readThe Meteorological Department has warned of heavy rain in Chhattisgarh. Yellow alert has been issued for 10 districts of the state. Meteorologist RK Vaish has issued a letter on this regard to the Relief Commissioner, Government of Chhattisgarh. He has warned of heavy rain and thundershowers within the subsequent 24 hours. He has mentioned that there’s a risk of reasonable to heavy rain with thunder and lightning at one or two locations in Rajnandgaon, Kanker, Kondagaon, Bastar, Narayanpur, Dhamtari, Gariaband, Balod, Durg and Mahasamund.
