In this episode, Assistant District Excise Officer S.Ok. Suryavanshi’s crew, whereas taking motion, recovered 20 liters of unlawful hand furnace Mahua liquor from the home of village Dahejwar resident Shivam Sonwani Atmaj Arun Prasad below Balrampur police station space, Section 34 (1-A) 34 (2) of the Excise Act in opposition to the accused. And below 59 (a) of the Excise Act, he was lodged in jail on non-bailable judicial remand.
