Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel at current had a courtesy meeting with quite a few social delegations at Circuit House Raigarh. During this, Chief Minister Mr. Baghel launched a booklet ‘Kela Maiyya’ based totally on the conservation of Kelo river, which is taken under consideration to be the lifeline of Raigarh.
