1 min readA committee has been constituted by the Governor and Chancellor Ms. Anusuiya Uike for the appointment of the Vice Chancellor of Pandit Ravi Shankar Shukla Vishwavidyalaya Raipur below the provisions contained in sub-section (2) of Section 13 of the Chhattisgarh University Act, 1973 (No. 22 of 1973). The chairman of the stated committee, Dr. Surendra Dubey, former Vice-Chancellor of Bundelkhand University, Jhansi and Siddharth University, Padma Shri Dr. A.T. Dabke and Director of the Indian Institute of Technology, Dharwad, Professor Venkappaya R. Desai will probably be a member. This committee will submit a panel of three individuals to the Chancellor for appointment as Vice-Chancellor inside 6 weeks from the date of circulation of the notification. A notification on this regard has been issued on December 13 from the Raj Bhavan Secretariat.
