Commerce and Industries Department directs CMKS to conduct ballot inside 90 days

Commerce and Industries Department, Government of Chhattisgarh has directed Chhattisgarh Mantralayin Karmachari Sangh (CMKS) to conduct the election of the CMKS following guidelines inside 90 days. The Commerce and Industries Department put aside the order dated on January 17, 2018, handed by Registrar of Firms and Societies Chhattisgarh and suspension order of the CMKS election dated on September 20, 2017, handed by the Deputy Registrar.

On complaints of the Mantralaya staff Devlal Bharati, Rajiv Ahire and Okay P Netam, General Administrative Department (GAD), Government of Chhattisgarh had written a letter to Registrar of Firms and Societies Chhattisgarh for extension of the election strategy of the CMKS. After that, the workplace of the Registrar of Firms and Societies postponed the election of the CMKS.

It could also be talked about that complainants Devlal Bharati, Rajiv Ahire and Okay P Netam had alleged that the names of over 400 Mantralaya staff had been lacking from the voter checklist of the CMKS. It was mentioned that main irregularities had been reported within the voter checklist and the names of a number of Mantralaya staff had been discovered lacking from the voter checklist. Meanwhile, connected authorities staff at Mantralaya, contractual staff working at NIC and the staff got the membership of the CMKS.
