Chief Minister constitutes a three-member team for the test of work under the Water Life Mission

The Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel has taken seriously the various complaints received regarding the work allocation process under the Jal Jeevan Mission. Mr. Baghel has constituted a three-member team of Chief Secretary, Additional Chief Secretary Finance and Secretary Public Health Engineering Department to investigate these complaints. It is known that under the Jal Jeevan Mission, a target has been set to supply drinking water through pipelines to rural households by the year 2024. At present, the process of allocation of works of about 7 thousand crore rupees in water life mission is in progress.
