In his congratulatory message, Mr. Baghel has stated that Basant Panchami marks the arrival of Rituraj Basant, at the moment nature has attained its highest degree, therefore Basant Panchami can be celebrated as a pageant of greenery and harvest. Goddess Saraswati, the goddess of studying, artwork and music, can be worshiped on this present day. Chief Minister Shri Baghel has wished on this event that together with the change of seasons, this pageant ought to convey new zeal, power and enthusiasm in everybody’s life.
