According to the directions of Collector Dr. Priyanka Shukla, Suraji marketing campaign shall be run within the district from October 28 to December 31, during which instances of caste certificates, ration card and social safety pension shall be ready for all of the eligible individuals of the district. For this, obligations have been assigned to numerous departments and Joint Collector Manish Mishra has been made the nodal officer. Application varieties shall be taken for making caste certificates, paperwork shall be compiled and door-to-door survey may also be performed. During the survey, after figuring out the eligible individuals, a decision shall be handed within the Gram Sabha. Students finding out in colleges, whose caste certificates has not been made, their info shall be made out there to the survey staff by the training division and the admission register may also be made out there. The obtained functions shall be uploaded via CSC. During the marketing campaign, aged individuals of the village shall be recognized and if they’re eligible, their pension case shall be ready. Cases may also be made for handicapped individuals. Ration card may also be made for the individuals recognized through the survey.
For the profitable implementation of Suraji Abhiyan, coaching shall be given to the officers and workers on the tehsil stage from October 19 to 21 and door-to-door survey shall be carried out from October 28 to November 10 and after the survey, the checklist shall be examined from November 12 to November 16 and Special Gram Sabha shall be organized from November 21 to 23. Applications shall be obtained for numerous certificates from November 25 to December 05 and after analyzing the functions obtained, certificates shall be comprised of December 06 to December 20 and certificates shall be distributed from December 21 to 25. Action on the missed functions shall be ensured by December 31 and the report shall be submitted. Collector Dr. Priyanka Shukla has given crucial instructions on this regard to the Chief Executive Officer of District Panchayat, all Revenue Officers, Education Officer, Food Officer, Chief Executive Officer of Janpad Panchayats and Deputy Director of Social Welfare Department.
