5.80 crore permitted for Saragaon Anicut cum Causeway

Administrative approval of Rs 5 crore 80 lakh has been given to Chief Engineer Hasdeo Cachar Water Resources Division Bilaspur for the development of Saragaon Anicut cum Causeway in Son river in Janjgir-Champa district by the Water Resources Department of Chhattisgarh Government. With the development of this scheme, irrigation facility might be obtainable in 235 hectares for irrigation, floor water enrichment and farmers from their very own means.
