We have wings: Paralympics off to glittering begin in Tokyo

The opening ceremony of the sixteenth Paralympic Games started right here on Tuesday, paying homage to the resilience of para athletes and giving the message of shifting ahead amid the unrelenting devastation being brought on by the Covid-19 pandemic.

This version of the showpiece will function an unprecedented 4403 athletes.
The earlier file was 4328 which was set on the Rio 2016 Games.
The Tokyo version may have 2550 male athletes and 1853 feminine athletes vying for the highest honours.
India is being represented by its largest ever delegation of 54 athletes in competitions unfold throughout 12 days.
