T20 World Cup: Sourav Ganguly expects India to succeed in the finals of the event. The former India captain felt that India’s loss in opposition to South Africa was not a difficulty.

By Anirban Sinha Roy: Former India captain Sourav Ganguly just isn’t bothered about India’s loss in opposition to India within the T20 World Cup and expects the crew to do effectively within the ongoing event. Speaking on the Cricket Association of Bengal’s Annual General Meeting, Ganguly mentioned that he expects India to play the ultimate of the event.

“India only lost one match. India will qualify. Everyone is doing good. India will qualify, I hope. I am hopeful that India will play finals. Let them qualify, after that they will play last two games. That can be anyone’s game,” Ganguly mentioned to the press.

The CAB was handed to the brand new administration from Monday, 31 October with Ganguly’s brother, Snehashish selecting up the baton. The former CAB president mentioned that the brand new administration was very skilled and hoped that they might do effectively.

“This is the new team to lead CAB. All of them are very much experienced. We hope they will do good. I don’t have to give any suggestions to them. They all know what to do. They will do good. Next year there is World Cup. Not difficult to organise World Cup,” Ganguly mentioned.

Asked about which Bengal cricketer can play within the nationwide crew, Ganguly mentioned that the aspect was loaded with skills and anticipated that many will do effectively.

“Bengal is doing good. Every time they play good cricket. I hope new office bearers will also do good for the players. There are a lot of talents in Bengal cricket team like Shahbaz Ahmed, Shami is also playing. Mukesh Kumar is there,” Ganguly concluded his presser.
