Australian team jolted before Melbourne Test, two legendary players out of the match

Australia’s explosive openers David Warner and Sean Abbott are out of the second Test match. Boxing Day Test match to be played between India and Australia at Melbourne Cricket Ground from 26th December. Cricket Australia has said that Warner and Abbott will not play against India in the second Test match due to Kovid-19 quarantine restrictions and injuries. Let us know that David Warner and Sean Abbott were included in the 17-member Test team of Australia but due to injury, both players did not go to Adelaide. Warner Groin and Abbott were recovering from a calf injury. Recently both the players reached Melbourne after the Corona virus cases increased in Sydney.

Cricket Australia issued a statement saying that David Warner and Sean Abbott have spent time outside the Bio-Secure Hub in Sydney to recover from the injury. “Despite the exclusion of both players from the specific ‘hotspots’ created by NSW Health, Cricket Australia does not include them in the team for the Boxing Day Test under their bio-security protocol,” the statement said.

Like India, Australia is also struggling with the problem of the opening pair. After David Warner was injured, it was certain that Australia’s young star Will Pukowski would open the innings with Joe Burns in the first Test. However, Pukowski was also injured during the first practice match against India. He got the bouncer head of Karthik Tyagi. Pukowski is still feeling dizzy.
