Manipur: Muslim youth arrested below Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act for slaughtering a cow

The Lilong Police in Manipur arrested three Muslim youth, particularly Abdul Rashid, Nazbul Hussain and Mohammad Arif Khan for slaughtering a cow.
