Uttarakhand floods: Death toll climbs to 70, property price Rs 1000 crore broken

DEHRADUN: The floods that hit Uttarakhand this monsoon has prompted harm price almost Rs 1,000 crore to roads, non-public buildings and agricultural land within the state.
