BRABANKI: A police official was faraway from his put up and despatched to police strains after a purported video displaying him allegedly making objectionable feedback in opposition to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath got here to the fore, officers mentioned on Thursday.

Station House Officer of Asandra police station Dhyanendra Pratap Singh allegedly the feedback in opposition to the chief minister whereas speaking to somebody in his workplace room.

A journalist forwarded a video of this dialog to BJP district president Shashank Kushumesh, who in flip, lodged a criticism in opposition to the official with the Superintendent of Police Anurag Vats a few days in the past.

Kushumesh alleged that the SHO was attempting to create a revolt in opposition to the federal government by making such feedback in public.

Police mentioned an inquiry is underway.
