Promotion of PAC jawans soon; Demand for sending PAC by demoting 896 policemen canceled

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath (Yogi Adityanath), while praising the gallantry and work of the police and PAC force, has directed to withdraw the order issued by Police Headquarters on the demotion of 896 civilian policemen. The Chief Minister has also directed to prepare proposals to parallel the opportunities for promotion in PAC and Civil Police.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has given clear instructions to the Home Department that a separate proposal should also be prepared by PAC headquarters to parallel the opportunities for promotion in PAC and civilian police. Along with this, Additional Chief Secretary, Home Avnish Kumar Awasthi informed that an order has been issued in relation to the above as directed by the CM.

Additional Chief Secretary, Home Avnish Kumar Awasthi stated that the PAC personnel who were posted in the Armed Police / Civil Police after 29 November 2004, if their lien was terminated in the PAC and they meet the prescribed standards, then They will also be merged with the civilian police.

Avnish Awasthi said that no future PAC personnel will be sent to the civilian police. Let us tell you that this decision has been taken by the Government with a view to remove the difficulties faced due to the demotion of the concerned personnel and after transfer to the PAC cadre and to maintain the morale of the workers.
