PM Modi will inaugurate three projects in Gujarat today

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate three projects in his home state of Gujarat today through video conference. A statement issued by the Prime Minister’s Office said that Modi will launch the Kisan Suryodaya Yojana for the farmers of Gujarat, apart from the cardiovascular diseases of children belonging to Girnar ropeway in Junagadh district and UN Mehta Heart Institute and Research Center in Ahmedabad. Will inaugurate the hospital. On this occasion, he will also inaugurate the mobile application facility for tele-cardiology at Ahmedabad Sadar Hospital.
Ropeway has recently been completed on Girnar hill near Junagadh in Saurashtra region. There is a temple of Maa Ambe atop the hill. People can complete the journey from ropeway to temple in eight minutes by covering a distance of about 2.13 kilometers.
According to an official statement, 800 passengers per hour can be transported and transported through this ropeway. The project was conceived two decades ago but recently it has been completed at a cost of Rs 130 crore.

The Kisan Suryodaya Yojana was recently launched by the Gujarat government to ensure day-time power supply for irrigation. Under this, there is a provision to supply power to farmers from five in the morning to nine in the night.

The first phase of this scheme covers Dahod, Patan, Mahisagar, Panchmahal, Chhota Udaipur, Kheda, Anand and Gir-Somna districts. The remaining districts will be included in the scheme by 2023 in a phased manner.
