MP: 12-year-old boy collapses at school bus, dies of cardiac arrest

BHIND: A 12-year-old boy died of cardiac arrest after collapsing in his faculty bus in Bhind in Madhya Pradesh, with a physician who handled him saying on Friday he stands out as the youngest sufferer of cardiac arrest within the state.

Manish Jatav, a Class IV pupil, had lunch together with his brother of their faculty on Etawah Road on Thursday afternoon and collapsed quickly after he boarded his bus at 2pm, his relations mentioned.

The driver of the bus alerted faculty authorities, who rushed the kid to a close-by hospital the place docs did not revive him, the kin added.

“Manish was brought dead to the hospital on Thursday afternoon. We gave him cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) but could not revive him. As per his symptoms, he died of cardiac failure,” district hospital surgeon Dr Anil Goyal instructed PTI.
