High court seeks information from the Center on the Corona vaccine trial

Meanwhile, Allahabad High Court has sought information from the Central Government advocate about the quality of the mask of ICMR (Indian Council of Medical Research). Asked how and in what time the corona vaccine test will be completed. The court has given this order while hearing a PIL.

The court has said that the police, who successfully implemented lockdown in the country for three months, are no longer able to strictly enforce physical distance by wearing masks. It is often seen that many policemen outside the police station are not wearing masks themselves. Ever since SSP set up task force in districts, the Civil Police has not been interested in implementing the guideline.

The court, while citing the suggestions of the lawyers, has directed the state government to consider implementation. Information is sought on the day of hearing on 30 September. The court suggested that it should be mandatory for police and government employees to wear masks, because how can others who do not wear masks themselves, ask them to wear masks? Heads of all departments should make everyone aware and strictly apply mask, physical distance method. Every citizen should have the right to call a toll free number and complain without seeing a mask.
