Another blow Mamata banerjee as TMC’s Arindam Bhattacharya joins BJP

New Delhi: Another Trinamool Congress (TMC) chief Arindam Bhattacharya joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Delhi on Wednesday forward of West Bengal Assembly polls this 12 months.
Bhattacharya, from Nadia’s Santipur constituency, arrived in Delhi earlier right now and met BJP’s nationwide basic secretary and in-charge of West Bengal Kailash Vijayvargiya. He joined the BJP on the get together’s nationwide headquarters on Wednesday afternoon.
Bhattacharya was elected Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) on Congress ticket and later joined TMC.

“I was elected on Congress symbol but extended support to TMC so that development happens but it didn’t,” Bhattacharya mentioned.
West Bengal Bharatiya Janata Party Chief Dilip Ghosh on Tuesday mentioned he’s aiming to wipe out Trinamool Congress (TMC) Party from West Bengal within the upcoming state Assembly elections.

About a month in the past, in a significant setback to TMC chief and West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, former get together chief Suvendu Adhikari joined Bharatiya Janata Party right here on December 19 within the presence of Union Home Minister Amit Shah on the Midnapore College floor together with a number of different get together members.
