US cop fired after unleashing canine on surrendered Black man in site visitors cease

By Reuters: Police in Circleville, Ohio, on Wednesday (native time) fired an officer who unleashed his canine on a Black man throughout a freeway site visitors cease and ordered the animal to assault although the person had his palms raised, in accordance with video of the incident.

“Officer (Ryan) Speakman did not meet the standards and expectations we hold for our police officers. Officer Speakman has been terminated from the department, effective immediately,” the police in a press release.
