Taliban beheaded Afghan soldier and celebrated with decapitated head

Taliban celebrated the beheading of an Afghan soldier, and raised slogans within the title of their chief, a report by the Washington Examiner says. According to the report, printed on the tenth of September, the 36 second video was posted in a personal Taliban chat room. It isn’t clear exactly when the video was made.
