Taiwan’s defence ministry stated 12 Chinese plane and 5 Chinese ships have been detected working round Taiwan on Sunday, together with 5 plane that crossed the Taiwan Strait median line, as Beijing continued navy actions close to the island.

China has been finishing up drills close to Taiwan, which it claims as Chinese territory regardless of robust objections from the federal government in Taipei, since earlier this month following a go to to the island by U.S. House of Representatives speaker Nancy Pelosi.
