By Press Trust of India: A 21-year-old Canadian-Sikh lady has been shot lifeless in an obvious “targeted” killing in Canada’s Ontario province, in accordance with the police.

The sufferer, recognized as Pawanpreet Kaur from Brampton, was fatally shot by an unidentified assailant on Saturday evening in Mississauga metropolis of Ontario province, in accordance with a press launch by the Peels Regional Police on Sunday.

According to the Toronto Sun newspaper, Kaur was shot exterior a gasoline station.

Police obtained details about a lady being shot at round 10:39 pm, and positioned the sufferer with obvious gunshot wounds upon arrival on the scene. Life-saving measures have been tried nevertheless the sufferer succumbed to her accidents, the press launch mentioned.

This comes days after an Indian-origin teenager Mehakpreet Sethi was stabbed to dying by one other teenager in a highschool parking zone in Canada’s British Columbia province.
