Russian embassy in Delhi phrases deaths of Ukrainians in Bucha ‘cynical false flag operation’

In a press release, the Russian Embassy in New Delhi has termed stories of mass killings within the Ukrainian metropolis of Bucha a “cynical false flag operation”.

The Russian Embassy in New Delhi on Thursday issued a press release on the killings of civilians within the Ukrainian metropolis of Bucha by Russian forces.

“The heinous attack in Bucha brings back the nightmares of Nazi crimes during the Second World War. It raised revulsion and condemnation in Russia and India and globally,” the assertion learn.

It went on so as to add, “Russia firmly stands for bringing to justice those involved in this outrageous war crime act. The main challenge is to ensure a genuinely independent and unbiased investigation.

“Regrettably, there have been thus far widespread hole allegations in opposition to Moscow whereas there’s proof that it was in truth a cynical false flag operation, perpetrated by Kyiv itself. It is vitally vital to take this proof into consideration as we search justice.”

The statement issued by Russia’s diplomatic mission in India comes days after India’s permanent representative to the United Nations condemned the “deeply disturbing” reports of civilian killings in Bucha.

“The scenario in Ukraine has not proven any vital enchancment for the reason that Council final mentioned the problem. The safety scenario has solely deteriorated, in addition to its humanitarian penalties,” Ambassador TS Tirumurti had said during a meeting on Ukraine at the UN Security Council.

While Ukraine has demanded Russia’s expulsion from the UN Security Council, Moscow maintains that reports coming out of Bucha are part of an ‘elaborate hoax’.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, addressing the UN Security Council earlier this week, had compared the actions of Russian troops in Bucha to those of Islamic State extremists.

“Yesterday I returned from our metropolis of Bucha, just lately liberated from Russian troops not removed from Kyiv. There just isn’t a single crime that they’d not commit there. The Russian navy looked for and purposefully killed anybody who served our nation,” Zelenskyy stated in his maiden tackle to the UN Security Council.
