Rajya Sabha Election Breaking: Big upset in Himachal Pradesh, BJP candidate Harsh Mahajan wins

Rajya Sabha Election 2024: Just before the Lok Sabha elections, there has been a big upheaval in Himachal Pradesh. Today, BJP candidate Harsh Mahajan has won a seat in Himachal. Whereas Congress candidate Abhishek Manu Singhvi has lost. According to the information, both Congress and BJP got 34-34 votes in the election, later the selection was done by slip in which Harsh Mahajan was declared the winner.

On the other hand, opposition leader Jairam Thakur said that equal number of votes have been received in Rajya Sabha. The Chief Minister should resign. Tomorrow BJP will also present a no-confidence motion against Congress in the House. Meanwhile, CM Sukhu has also accused BJP of kidnapping Congress MLAs.
