On Saturday, throwing his help behind his as soon as teammate and now premier, Akram, 55, tweeted: “He was born to lead, fight & win, not for himself but for what he is representing. It’s not the position or power or name he’s fighting for, Its his destiny! And the game is not over yet! #IstandwithImranKhan #NeverGiveUp (sic)”

Pakistan’s Prime Minister Imran Khan was dealing with a no-confidence movement moved by the Leader of the Opposition, Shehbaz Sharif. As allies of Imran Khan’s authorities steadily switched sides, the Opposition claimed that it had the bulk to topple the federal government.

At a rally in Islamabad, seen by many as Imran Khan’s demonstration of power, the prime minister dramatically waved a white paper, calling it to be proof of a “foreign conspiracy” to oust him.
