By India Today Web Desk: Just days after Russia escalated strikes in opposition to Ukraine in response to the latter’s assault on the Crimean Bridge, Russian President Vladimir Putin on Friday mentioned that the Kremlin is not going to perform ‘large’ missile strikes in opposition to Ukraine for now.

The Russian President mentioned that he doesn’t plan extra “massive” strikes in opposition to Ukraine “for now” and that the Kremlin’s purpose was to not “destroy” the pro-Western nation.

Several Ukrainian cities confronted a deadly barrage of strikes as Russia escalates assaults on its neighbouring nation on Monday. The elevated army escalation by Moscow left the war-torn nation with a number of civilians useless, a number of symbolic infrastructures taking a heavy hit, and a number of other cities at nighttime.

The army escalation by Russia was condemned by world leaders, with the European Union saying that Russia focusing on civilians quantities to a conflict crime.

On Friday, Russian President Vladimir Putin mentioned there was no want for extra widespread assaults in opposition to Ukraine, similar to these Russia launched Monday in retaliation for an October 8 truck bomb explosion on Kerch bridge linking Russia to Crimea.
