Pakistani Prison minister Fayyaz-ul-Hassan Chohan, on Thursday displayed his nibbling expertise when he minimize a ribbon at inauguration of a retailer together with his naked tooth.

Video was shared by the Minister from Pakistan’s Punjab on Twitter. He mentioned that he was inaugurating a store in his constituency and the blunt scissor wouldn’t work. So he displayed his expertise on ribbon slicing.
This triggered a slew of jokes on the whole incident.
