Lahore High Court grants protecting bail to Imran Khan in 8 terror instances, a civil case

By India Today World Desk: The Lahore High Court has granted protecting bail to former Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan in eight instances of terrorism and one civil case after he appeared earlier than the courtroom, hours after one other courtroom suspended non-bailable arrest warrants towards him until March 18 in a corruption case.

Khan has been resisting arrest within the Toshakhana case and has been holed up inside his Zaman Park residence in Lahore surrounded by tons of of his supporters, who’ve fought pitched battles with the police over the previous few days.

Earlier, the Islamabad High Court suspended non-bailable arrest warrants issued towards Khan until March 18, giving him an opportunity to look earlier than the district courtroom which is listening to the Toshakhana case.
